Transition Allies is a service operated by Napier Ventures LLC. By using Transition Allies, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Independent project

Transition Allies is operated by Napier Ventures LLC, a private company. It is not a government agency, VA entity, Department of Defense entity, or Veterans Service Organization, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States government, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any military branch.

Informational purpose

The content on Transition Allies is for informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or official Veterans Affairs advice. Always verify benefits, eligibility, and deadlines with official sources.

Use responsibly

Do not use Transition Allies in emergencies as a substitute for calling 911, the Veterans Crisis Line (988, press 1), or other qualified professionals.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Free membership costs nothing and includes the transition assessment, essential veteran resources, Local Help, Emergency Help, and basic progress tracking. Transition Allies Plus is a recurring subscription billed by Napier Ventures LLC through our payment processor at $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Founding Member is an annual-only subscription at $79 per year, limited to the first 50 members.

Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every 12 months, automatically, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your paid access active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

When paid access ends you move to the free plan. Nothing you created is deleted — content beyond the free plan simply becomes read-only until you resubscribe, at which point full access is restored.

Founding Member pricing applies while your Founding Member subscription remains continuously active and is subject to these terms. It is not a lifetime price guarantee, and it does not survive cancellation or a lapse in payment.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review the charge.

Payments are currently operating in test mode during our beta. No real charges are being processed until live payments are announced.

Transition Allies is a service operated by Napier Ventures LLC. All product names, content, and materials are owned by Napier Ventures LLC unless otherwise noted.
