Jamal J. Napier
Founder | U.S. Navy Veteran
Transition Allies was founded by Jamal J. Napier, a retired U.S. Navy veteran with 20 years of service.
After transitioning from a long military career into civilian life, Jamal recognized how challenging it can be to navigate career decisions, resources, benefits, education, family priorities, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
That experience inspired Transition Allies—a platform built around a simple belief:
You may be leaving the service, but you shouldn’t have to navigate what comes next alone.
